Intern Program

Intern Program

Our 12-week summer internship program builds personal and professional skills by providing an experience to students outside of the classroom. This project-based program helps students tie educational experiences to the business world. In keeping alignment with Our Philosophy, the program provides community involvement and networking opportunities. Based on performance, we utilize this as a pipeline for identifying potential future employees.

The Internship Program is broken into three main components:

Project: Interns will be assigned a project from their hiring manager that should account for 50-80% of their time during their internship. The intern will report-out project findings to business leaders at the end of the summer.

Classroom: We offer several learning sessions throughout the summer to help enhance soft and professional skills.

On the Job Experience: Learn from the experts as you work side by side with team members tackling everyday tasks and initiatives.

Each year we recruit and hire students from a wide variety of colleges, universities, and majors. We encourage you to check out current Intern openings and apply if you see one that is a fit.
