The primary purpose of this position is to make a positive contribution as a member of the Operations and Maintenance team.  Develop and maintain excellent communication with users throughout the plant, during the identification, planning, writing, and implementation stages of critical manufacturing projects.


Will work closely with plant operations and maintenance departments to enhance safety, quality, reliability, productivity and efficiency.  Troubleshoot plant equipment to improve manufacturing equipment processes.  Identify cost savings opportunities, analyze benefits, and implement solutions. Develop and install capital upgrade projects as required from the capital plan.  This position will support 3 plant location in Canton, Jackson and Taylor, MI.

Desired Experience

  • Strong hands on experience and expertise with PLC’s (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Working knowledge of electrical drive systems
  • Proven experience with project justification and project management
  • Experience with a Human Machine Interface software, such as: (Rockwell Allen-Bradley Preferred)
  • Industrial Maintenance Experience
  • 5+ years applicable manufacturing field experence


Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
