As a Sr. HR Analyst- , this role will focus on developing our organization’s Human Resource function by providing guidance, support and analysis of HR data and technology.  Provides recommendations for the design and development of HR systems, analytical tools and dashboards by conducting research to remain current on industry trends.  Partners with HR leadership, IT and the business to identify opportunities to utilize data and technology to improve the overall employee experience.


  • Lead system administration of all HR talent management applications. Responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights. Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause and/or identify specific areas of concern.
  • Project manager for system implementations and upgrades.  Partners with internal and external resources to ensure project execution, build and execute change management. Develops and delivers effective communications and training for users to optimize the effectiveness of systems and tools.  Participate as project team member as assigned to support system integrations.
  • Partner with and coach field HR to use data to diagnose problems and translate data into actionable items. Provide analytical support for retention projects and other data driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR functions, research internal practices and recommend methodology for categorizing data, defining fields and calculating metrics.  Evaluates system performance, researches HR technology trends and leads Request for Proposals (RFPs) as necessary. 


Desired Experience

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR generalist or functional HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes
  • Experience administering HCM system such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or other similar software.
