The Plant One Groundskeeper provides basic grounds keeping, custodial duties, and set-up/teardown activities for the Pomona Plant. The role will maintain profesiona image of the assigned plant. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all expected position quality levels are met. 

  • Performs grounds keeping for all areas within the plant. Duties include basic maintenance duties, gutter repair and unclogging, basic roof repair, painting, upkeep of front lobby and external windows, etc.
  • Sets up, tears down and cleans for special WI activities such as the company picnic, meeting, employee recognition activities, etc.
  • Performs janitorial duties including sweep, mop, vacuum, clean, wax WI locations, etc.
  • Assists with operations team with micellaneous task example pick-up and deliver items.
  • Installs, sets up, tears down cubicles, desks, and other office items.
  • Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent
