We are hiring for Material Handlers and Production Workers on both 1st and 2nd shift! These individuals will be responsible for helping others by moving, banding, and learning how to process steel to customer specifications. Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operations, forklift operating, machine setup, problem-solving, quality control, and other duties to assist with daily operations. We train on the job so manufacturing experience is not required. 

Required Experience

  • Know, understand, and follow plant safety rules, policies and procedures
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with basic math & reading skills
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check and physical
  • Must have ability to work off shifts/ 8-10 hours daily / weekends as required
  • Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost goals
  • A strong commitment for personal growth and team success
