As a Production Supervisor supporting our 3rd shift operation, you will direct the activities of this manufacturing team at our growing facility in West Warwick. This includes responsibility for the safety of employees, quality standards, production schedules and transformational objectives. Will assist in hiring process to ensure customer demand is met. Coach, mentor and develop staff to achieve cultural and performance standards.


  • Meeting of the department's safety goals, quality standards and production schedules
  • Focus on eliminating waste and continuous improvement through transformation tools
  • Responsible for training records and performance evaluations with a focus on retention
  • Ensure department goals are met or exceeded
  • Ensure Our Philosophy is being practiced throughout the facility
  • Responsible for safety, quality standards and production goals of the department by executing daily leader standard work
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff to achieve cultural and performance standards
  • Responsible for transformational activities through continuous Improvement and cost reduction of the department - Scrap and rework improvements, control cost of manufacturing process, prepare material and present monthly meetings
  • Responsible for training records, write and assist timely performance evaluations and assist in hiring for department

Desired Experience

High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Leadership experience desired

Strong mechanical and problem solving skills

A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred

Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Mechanically inclined

Strong Leadership ability

Good communication (verbal and written) & problem solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic financial understanding

Strong knowledge of Lean tools and practices
